Once I invest, do I get to drive the car?
No, the car will be kept with as
close to delivery mileage as
possible. In the future, we hope to
have other racecars available for
our clients to use on track.
What if I need my investment back before the car is sold?
Vice Capital will make reasonable
attempts to “buy back” your
investment, or help to facilitate
the sale of it at market value.
However, this is the responsibility
of the investor. See our “General
Information Disclosure”.
How long will Vice Capital keep the car?
Until the optimal point to sell it, i.e.
when we’ll get highest returns.
This is likely to be c. 3 – 7 years.
Do I get to see the car?
We will run at least one annual
clients-only event to see the
car(s). See “About Us” for more
detail.
Who pays for maintenance?
Vice Capital pays for all elements
of maintenance, storage and
insurance.
Where is the car stored? Is it insured?
The car is stored at V
Management’s facility in
Berkshire. It is insured by Lockton
Performance who insure many of
the cars stored there.
When do I get my money back?
Upon the point of sale, we will
send your investment back to you,
along with its relative
appreciation. Should you need to
liquidate earlier, we will
endeavour to help you take your
investment at current market
value.
Is there a minimum or maximum investment?
Yes, however, Vice Capital Limited
reserves the raight to waive this
limit at their own discretion.
Will anyone else drive the car?
Only as is necessary to exercise
its mechanical components
periodically to keep it in perfect
condition.
How do you decide which cars to buy?
Our research team continually
monitors sales and auctions
results to determine which models
and specifications are
appreciating most significantly.
What do I get for my money?
An investment. Your investment
represents a share in the vehicle,
meaning that as the value of the
vehicle rises, so does your
investment.
In the future, we hope to offer in-
person experiences at public and
private events, as well as access
to a collection of Vice Capital race
cars, kept exclusively for our
clients’ use.
If I invest, do I own equity in Vice Capital?
No.
If I invest, do I own the car?
No, nor are you a “co-owner”.
Who owns the car?
Vice Capital Limited. It will be
registered under the name of a
Director.
