Engler Automotive
During the fulfilment of the 18 committed orders, Engler Automotive will take the decision to continue a limited production run of the V10 model, or to consider a more powerful V12 version. They also intend to bring an electric version to market in the coming years. The on-the-road price of each Superquad totals €550,000, with a 40% deposit paid upon completion of a rolling chassis on top of the initial €50,000 deposit.
Currently, Engler are building chassis 001 and plan to finish 002 and 003 before 2024 Q1, with a goal of building a further 10 in 2024, subject to appropriate investment. We are confident in their ability to meet this timescale, owing to the efficient supply chain they’ve established with highly reputable automotive brands.
Simply put, there is no other vehicle on the market similar to the Desat Superquad, which has defined a new category of motor vehicle. We believe that once the first few models are registered and driven on public roads, this appetite will increase further.
The Superquad represents the epitome of raw driving pleasure, and is currently not paralleled by any other vehicle. With this investment, Vice Capital is offering a fixed return of 15% which will be returned within 12 months from the date the investment is received. This term includes contingency in case of unpredictable delays.

This scenario is highly unlikely as we build significant contingency into each of our investments. Neither scenario would commence without explicit agreement from the investor.
Our investment into Engler Automotive is securitised by each SuperQuad that is built. All funds received by us are used to pay suppliers directly from a Vice Capital bank account, for the production of vehicles that are already sold to paying customers. In the event that Engler Automotive defaults on its repayments to Vice Capital, we would take ownership of the vehicles already built.

Arc Vehicles
Arc was founded by Mark Truman, former head of Whitespace within JLR Special Projects Division. It was at Jaguar Land Rover where Arc was born, before the company was split out as a separate entity.
The flagship model, depicted in the attached images, is the Arc Vector, a premium-priced electric motorbike which targets the high-technology and luxury corners of the market. In addition to their physical models, Arc have patented their innovative haptic jacket and VR Heads Up Display technology.
According to Arc’s forecast, the Premium Electric Motorcycle Market is likely to witness a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 54% during the period of 2022 – 2027.
In addition to the Vector, Arc are planning to release new Supersport, Enduro and Adventurer models over the next 3 years.
Arc are seeking a total investment of £3.5m, which will be used to exit an existing major shareholder, and to continue their product development plan.
