Vice Capital currently has an open application for authorisation with the Financial Conduct Authority. Upon its completion, we will be designated as an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
In the interim, we are working with our Compliance Consulting Team to ensure that each individual investment is structured in a compliant manner that meets the regulation and legislation of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Our Mission
Vice Capital Limited is an investment company that was initially founded as a means for our clients to diversify their investments in tangible assets into an exciting asset class with a continually retracting supply – iconic internal combustion motor vehicles. Before the inception of our platform, investing in rare models of internal combustion motor vehicles was restricted to ultra-high net worth individuals. We are democratising this market and allowing our users to invest in the best risk-adjusted segments in the motor vehicle market.
Under current plans, the sale of new petrol and diesel cars in the UK will be banned from 2030. This represents an unprecedented opportunity to own some of the most culturally significant models that have represented the pinnacle of the internal combustion motor vehicle.

We select the cars

Our research team determines which segments and sub-markets to explore.
We purchase the car

The list is handed off to the acquisitions team, who find the very best available models with the lowest mileage in the most pristine, concours condition.
We securitize the asset

We file an offering circular with the Financial Conduct Authority, allowing anyone to invest.
We store the car for 3-10 years

We store the car in an ultra-secure, discreet location until the optimal time to sell it, the point at which you’ll receive maximum returns.
Storage
We store all of our vehicles in a highly secure, discreet and climate-controlled location in Thatcham. All vehicles are valeted on arrival, trickle charged and kept in spacious storage bays in the most optimal conditions. A reserve of 120 Octane racing fuel is kept in the engine to allow us to periodically run the vehicle, without worrying about the hydrocarbons in the fuel evaporating.
Each day we inspect the storage area a minimum of twice. Each week we check the battery charger status and inspect the drip tray. Every 60 days we check fluids and pressures, start the engine, run the vehicle up to temperature on an internal rolling road to lightly exercise mechanical and electrical components.

offers two types of investments to
our clients
Fixed Return Investment
With a Fixed Return Investment, clients loan funds to Vice Capital which are immediately invested into a capital project within our portfolio. Clients are given a pre-determined, fixed return on their ‘loan’ which is repaid in full in an agreed timeline.
Fractional Ownership
With a Fractional Ownership deal, clients invest directly into a specific asset, alongside other investors. As the value of the asset rises, so too will their investment. At the chosen time the asset is liquidated, clients receive their initial investment alongside any interest that has been accrued.
Management fees
